AureonLead Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AureonLead platform (the "Service") operated by Aureoncorp.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

AureonLead provides:

• B2B lead intelligence compiled from publicly available sources
• Website-based technical and audit indicators
• Dashboard access and lead visualization
• Data export functionality (e.g., CSV)
• Optional enrichment features

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be at least 18 years old
• Use the Service for legitimate business purposes

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Violate GDPR, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM or other applicable outreach laws
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to copy platform infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute lead data without authorization
• Interfere with system security

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

5. B2B Lead Data Responsibility

AureonLead provides business data sourced from publicly available information.

You acknowledge:

• You are the data controller for your outreach activities.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.
• Aureoncorp is not responsible for how you use the leads.

6. Payments and Billing

• Pricing is displayed on the /pricing page.
• Payments may be processed via third-party providers.
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, scoring methodologies, and audit systems are the intellectual property of Aureoncorp.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Aureoncorp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We do not guarantee sales results, response rates, or revenue outcomes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• There is misuse or abuse
• Required by law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
