1. Digital Nature of the Service

AureonLead provides digital B2B lead intelligence and dashboard access.

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of the Service, all purchases are considered digital product transactions.

2. Refund Policy

As a general rule:

• Payments are non-refundable once lead data has been delivered or accessed.
• Access to dashboard features constitutes delivery.

3. Replacement Guarantee

If a lead is clearly invalid (e.g., a confirmed duplicate entry within the same delivered batch), you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Replacements may be issued at our discretion after review.

4. Subscription Cancellation (if applicable)

If using a recurring plan:

• You may cancel at any time.
• Cancellation prevents future billing.
• No prorated refunds are guaranteed unless required by law.

5. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly:

• Contact us before initiating a chargeback.
• We will investigate and respond promptly.

6. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service
• Suspend accounts
• Block refunds

In cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
