AureonLead Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

1. Scope

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service and applies where Aureoncorp processes personal data on behalf of a customer under the AureonLead Service.

2. Roles of the Parties

• The customer is the Data Controller.
• Aureoncorp acts as Data Processor.

3. Subject Matter and Duration

Processing relates to B2B lead intelligence and dashboard services and lasts for the duration of the customer relationship.

4. Categories of Data

May include:

• Business contact information
• Publicly available professional email addresses
• Business phone numbers
• Website-related metadata

5. Security Measures

Aureoncorp implements reasonable technical and organizational measures including:

• Encrypted data storage where applicable
• Access control restrictions
• Infrastructure-level security
• Logging and monitoring
• Use of reputable infrastructure providers

6. Sub-processors

Aureoncorp may use sub-processors including hosting, database, email verification, and security providers.

Sub-processors are contractually bound by data protection obligations.

7. International Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, such transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.

8. Data Subject Rights Assistance

Aureoncorp will provide reasonable assistance to customers in responding to data subject requests where applicable.

9. Deletion or Return of Data

Upon termination of the Service, data will be deleted or returned in accordance with platform configuration and legal obligations.
